What is Eurobalance?
EuroBalance is a Leonardo da Vinci Transfer of Innovation project based on an innovative guide to work life balance opportunities produced by the Wrexham Family Information Service as a part of a previous EQUAL project.
Eurobalance has built on this work to develop a set of methodologies to enable and train champions in each partner country to promote Work Life Balance, particularly to SMEs which have been a neglected group in the past for this kind of information.
These champions then cascaded their knowledge to over 1000 SME beneficiaries in Poland, Italy, Greece and Denmark to help them develop more effective work life balance environments.
