Eurobalance champions

In this package we view the word ‘champion’ as a person or an act of defending/supporting a cause.

This cause is to further the development of work life balance across Europe. In particular, to further the cause in SMEs which, traditionally, have not always ‘understood’ the advantages of adopting effective work life balance practices with their workforce.
